Quick Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 egg whites
    shortening
    milk
    1 2/3 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Break egg whites into cup; add shortening to half fill the cup.
    Then add milk to completely fill the cup.
    Combine flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla.
    Add in egg mixture.
    Beat until well blended.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until done.
    Ice or frost
    as desired.
