Harriett'S Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 small pkg. lime Jell-O
    2 c. hot water
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1 c. chopped celery, finely chopped
    1 c. grated carrots
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
    1 c. pineapple juice (add water if necessary)
Preparation
    Make Jell-O with 2 cups hot water. Let Jell-O cool. Put cream cheese in blender. Add 1 cup heated pineapple juice over cream cheese. Blend well. Mix with cool Jell-O. Add crushed pineapple, celery, carrots, pecans and Cool Whip. Pour into 13 x 9-inch oblong Pyrex dish. Put in the refrigerator to set. Best if left to set overnight.
