"Seafood In The Pink" - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. medium shrimp, cleaned and deveined
1/2 lb. small scallops
1/2 lb. crab meat or lobster meat
olive oil (to cover bottom of pot)
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh garlic
1 large jar Ragu marinara sauce
1/8 c. white wine or vodka
4 oz. heavy cream
seasoning: pinch of salt, pepper, basil and oregano
Preparation

In a pot, cover bottom with olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper, basil and oregano.
Heat and quickly cook chopped garlic (2 tablespoons), making sure the garlic does not brown.
Add marinara sauce and wine.
Simmer on low heat for at least 1/2 hour.
