Lemon Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
1/3 c. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Grease bottoms only or use muffin cups. Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and lemon peel.
Mix well.
In separate bowl, combine milk, oil and egg.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; stir until moistened.
Fill muffin cups about 2/3 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 to 22 minutes.
Makes 12.
