Stuffed Peppers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 green peppers
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. cooked onion
    1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut peppers into halves lengthwise; remove seeds and wash. Combine ground beef, rice, onion, salt, pepper and 1/4 can tomato sauce.
    Pile meat mixture lightly into pepper halves.
    Place in large baking dish.
    Top each pepper with remaining tomato sauce. Cover dish tightly.
    Bake in oven for 1 hour and 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
