Scalloped Corn - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream-style corn
1 can whole kernel corn, drained
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 small pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Beat eggs slightly; add corn, sour cream and melted margarine. Stir together.
Add muffin mix, salt and pepper to taste.
Pour into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 or until done.
Makes 6 to 8 servings.
