Holiday Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large moist sweet potatoes
    3/4 lb. carrots
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    1 1/2 sticks softened sweet butter
    salt and pepper
    1/4 c. heavy cream
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 to 3/4 tsp. nutmeg
    dash of cayenne pepper
Preparation
    You will need a food processor or blender.
