Asparagus With Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh asparagus
    sour cream
    egg yolk, sliced
Preparation
    Cook asparagus in a small amount of salted water until tender. Drain.
    Serve with sour cream; garnish with egg yolk.
