Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
4 whole eggs plus milk to make 1 c.
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Beat the first 6 ingredients for 3 minutes.
Add 3/4 cup milk and the vanilla; beat for 2 minutes.
Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/4 hours.
