Fry Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour (may use whole wheat)
4 tsp. baking powder
1 c. warm or hot water
1 tsp. salt
Preparation

Blend dry ingredients together.
Add water slowly, mixing with hands.
When dough
is sticky enough to require oil on the hands, it is just right.
Don't make the dough too stiff.
Break off a ball the size of golf balls.
Pull it or roll it to 5-inch circle.
Make 2 or 3 holes in the dough for even cooking.
Place in hot oil in frypan.
Brown lightly on both sides.
Serve hot with butter and honey.
