Molasses Ginger Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. molasses
    1 c. margarine
    1 c. boiling water
    1 Tbsp. baking soda (dissolved in the water)
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. ginger
    5 1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix and refrigerate overnight.
    Roll out and cut into shapes with cookie cutters.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
