Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. heavy cream
    1/2 c. milk
    4 to 5 beaten eggs
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    dash of nutmeg
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 pie crust, unbaked
    1/4 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. grated Muenster cheese
    ham or bacon, cooked
Preparation
    Put 1/2 of the cheese mixture into unbaked pie shell. Add ham or bacon and then rest of cheese mixture.
    Mix together the heavy cream, milk, eggs, mustard, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Add to above. Top with 1 tablespoon butter. Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until custard sets. Serve with salad.
