Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1 c. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    6 qt. popped corn
Preparation
    Combine brown sugar, corn syrup, butter and salt.
    Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture reaches 260\u00b0. Remove from heat and stir in baking soda.
    Pour mixture over popped corn in large roasting pan.
    Stir until well coated.
    Bake for 1 hour at 200\u00b0, stirring 3 or 4 times.
    Store in airtight container.
