Diet Workshop Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can pink salmon (1 lb.)
    1 egg
    1/3 c. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/3 c. green peppers, chopped
    1/3 c. celery, chopped
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Put in loaf pan or casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Let set for 10 minutes before serving.
