Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    juice of 1 lemon or 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
    dash of salt
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Beat eggs thoroughly; add sugar, lemon juice, lemon extract and vinegar.
    Mix well.
    Add melted margarine, stirring until well mixed.
    Pour into a 9-inch unbaked pie crust.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to
    40 minutes.
