Microwave Scrambled Eggs In A Mug - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 or 2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp. milk or water
    dash of salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    In a 12 ounce microwave-safe mug, microwave the butter on High for 45 seconds to 1 minute or until melted.
    Add the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
    Stir or whip with a fork.
    Microwave on High until eggs begin to set, stirring to break the eggs apart once during cooking time.
    Remove eggs while they are still soft and moist.
    Let stand 1 to 2 minutes or until eggs are set.
    If desired, sprinkle with shredded cheese and crumbled cooked bacon during standing time.
    Makes 1 serving.
