Oven Roasted Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    carrots
    celery
    onions
    mushrooms
    green or red peppers
    1/4 c. olive oil
    1 envelope Lipton herb garlic soup mix
Preparation
    Cut vegetables in small chunks.
    Put into Ziploc bag.
    Pour in olive oil and soup mix.
    Shake until vegetables are coated well. Place in shallow baking pan and bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
