Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 large potatoes
    1 envelope dry onion soup mix
    1/3 to 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into small chunks.
    Do not peel.
    Place in a plastic bag (I use a clean grocery bag, but check for holes first) and add other ingredients. Shake and use hands on outside of bag until well coated.
    Place in large baking pan and bake at 375\u00b0 for 45 minutes until done.
    I spray with Pam first. Also, if you use more potatoes and want a more oniony taste, increase oil and use 2 packs soup mix.
