Rice Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    2 eggs
    2 c. Minute rice
    2 c. tomato juice
    green pepper to taste
    minced onion to taste
    salt to taste
    pepper to taste
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix meat and rice.
    Add eggs, onions and peppers.
    Pour 1/4 cup of tomato juice to moisten.
    Add sugar to tomato juice and fill with water to 2 cups.
    Make meatballs.
    Place in skillet and pour juice over.
    Cook, turning once, about 25 to 30 minutes.
