Make Ahead Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. Gold Medal flour
    3 lb. Crisco shortening
    1 Tbsp. salt
    cold water
Preparation
    Cut up all to look like small peas.
    Put in gallon jar.
    Use 3/4 cup pie dough per shell.
    Add 1 tablespoon cold water at a time.
    Mix lightly, then roll.
    Store extra in cupboard during cool months or in refrigerator during warm months.
