Icebox Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 pkg. graham crackers, crushed
    1/2 stick margarine
    1 small box lemon jello
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 large can evaporated milk, chilled
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
    few drops yellow food coloring (optional)
Preparation
    Combine graham crackers and margarine in an 8 x 16-inch dish. Microwave until margarine melts.
    Stir, then pat 3/4 of mixture in bottom of dish.
    Save the rest to sprinkle on top of the cake.
