Dutch Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. unsifted flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. oil
    4 eggs
    1/3 c. orange juice (1 orange)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    3 tsp. baking powder
    6 to 8 apples, thinly sliced
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    5 Tbsp. sugar
Preparation
    Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and 5 tablespoons sugar.
    Set aside.
    Grease and flour tube pan.
    In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the apple mixture.
    In tube pan, start with a layer of batter, then a layer of apple mixture; six layers in all, ending with apples on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
