Steak And Potato Scallop - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. tender steaks
flour, garlic salt and pepper for dipping
6 to 8 potatoes, scrubbed
2 to 3 Tbsp. oil for frying steaks
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cut steaks into serving size chunks. Dip in seasoned flour, brown on both sides, in hot oil in frying pan.
Remove steaks and set aside.
Add leftover flour to skillet and brown well.
Add water enough to make gravy. Simmer.
Add more seasonings as desired.
