Taco Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
2 pkg. (1.25 oz.) taco seasoning mix
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
5 Tbsp. water
2 (8 oz.) pkg. refrigerated crescent roll dough
1 bell pepper
1/2 head lettuce
1 tomato
1 onion
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1 c. salsa
sour cream
Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Combine meat, cheese, taco seasoning and water. Arrange crescent triangles in a circle on a 13-inch baking stone with bases overlapping in center and points to outside. Spoon meat mixture over rolls. Fold points of triangle over filling and tuck under base at center (filling will not be completely covered). Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Place bell pepper in center and fill with salsa. Mound chopped lettuce, onions and tomato around pepper. Garnish with sour cream.
