Bojangles Style Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hot bulk sausage
    1 c. long grain rice (not instant)
    2 ribs celery, minced fine
    1/4 c. dried onion flakes
    2 cans chicken broth (undiluted)
Preparation
    Brown sausage; pour off drippings.
    Add other ingredients, except rice; bring to a boil.
    Add rice; cook for approximately 20 minutes, or until rice is cooked.
    Use large frypan.
