New Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. new potatoes
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 lb. Velveeta, cubed
    4 to 6 slices bacon, cooked crisp
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil potatoes until tender; cool. Cut potatoes into quarters and put in a glass casserole dish. Cut Velveeta into cubes and mix with mayonnaise. Spread over potatoes; salt and pepper. Crumble bacon over top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
