Sausage Ham Jabalaya - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. hot smoked sausage, cubed
    6 oz. ham, diced
    2 (14.5 oz.) cans Cajun style stewed tomatoes
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 large clove garlic, minced
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 bay leaf
Preparation
    Brown sausage and ham in Dutch oven.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Cook, uncovered, 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cover and simmer 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Remove bay leaf.
    Makes 4 to 6 servings.
