Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    2 c. crushed potato chips or corn flakes
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Dip chicken pieces in margarine; roll in mixture of chips (or corn flakes), garlic salt and pepper.
    Place pieces, skin side up, not touching, in greased large shallow baking pan.
    Sprinkle with remaining butter and crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 about 1 hour or until done.
    Do not turn.
    Serves 4.
