Salmon Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can salmon (about 16 oz.)
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    16 sq. crushed saltines
    2 Tbsp. butter or oleo (optional) for flavoring
Preparation
    Mix thoroughly together.
    Press in loaf pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
    Makes about 8 servings.
