Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. round steak, 1/4-inch thick
    olive oil or shortening
    1 red or bermuda onion, finely chopped
    1 small tomato, sliced or 3 Tbsp. catsup
    2 Tbsp. sour cream or lemon juice
    salt and pepper
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 can (3 oz.) button mushrooms
Preparation
    Wash fillets, blot dry, spray pan with Pam.
    Place fillets on pan.
    Pour lemon juice over fillets.
    Salt and pepper, sprinkle oregano over fillets.
    Broil until brown on top.
    Then flip over and season again with lemon juice, salt, pepper and oregano. Total cooking time about 15 minutes.
