Buttercream Easter Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1 to 2 lb. 10x sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. vanilla
milk (if needed)
baking chocolate (Wilton's chocolate, can buy at Cake Cottage)
Preparation

Let cream cheese and butter come to room temperature.
Cream together in a large bowl. Add sugar, salt and vanilla.
Mix and knead with your hands until modable consistency.
If too dry, add a few drops of milk; if too wet, add more sugar. Shape mixture into small egg shapes or balls. Chill in refrigerator.
Dip chilled eggs into melted chocolate.
Chill in refrigerator.
