Ingredients

2 egg whites
2/3 c. fine sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat egg whites with salt until foamy.
Gradually add sugar and continue beating until stiff peaks form.
Fold in vanilla (and food coloring if you wish).
Fold in chocolate and nuts.
Drop onto foil lined cookie sheet; place in preheated oven at 350\u00b0. Turn oven off immediately and do not open oven door for 6 hours or overnight.
