Bread Sticks - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour (1 c. whole wheat and 1 1/2 c. plain)
    1 Tbsp. honey
    1 pkg. yeast
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix and knead 5 to 10 times.
    Roll 1/2-inch thick.
    Cut in 3/4-inch strips.
    Melt 1/3 cup butter in
    9
    x 13-inch pan. Roll strips in butter and place in same 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    May make up
    to
    2
    hours ahead and let rise. Yields 9 x 13-inch pan.
