Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 (16 oz) can tomatoes
    1 (12 oz) can tomato paste
    1 tomato paste can of water
    1 Tbsp basil
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    2 Tbsp dried parsley
    1/4 tsp minced dried garlic
    2 eggs
    3 cups small curd cottage cheese
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
    1 lb sliced mozzarella cheese
    1 box large lasagna noodles
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain; add tomatoes, tomato paste, basil, salt, garlic and water, and simmer for 30 minutes.
    In bowl, beat eggs; add cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, parsley and black pepper.
    Cook noodles according to directions on box, drain and rinse.
    In large (9x13-inch) glass baking dish layer noodles, cottage cheese mixture, mozzarella, then meat sauce.
    Repeat the layers and sprinkle with additional parmedan cheese, if desired. Bake at 375\u00b0 for about 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
    Let sit for at least 15 minutes before serving.
