Easy Chops And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 Tbsp. oil
6 (1/2-inch thick) pork chops
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1/4 c. water
hot, cooked rice
Preparation

Cook chops in oil in a large skillet until browned.
Spoon off the fat.
Remove chops and set aside.
In the same skillet, combine soup and water.
Heat to boiling.
Return chops to skillet.
Cook 10 minutes over a low heat until chops lose all their pink, stirring often.
Serve over a bed of hot rice.
