Rotel Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 to 5 medium size potatoes
1 can Ro-Tel, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Preparation

Boil potatoes in peel until done.
Melt the cheese; mix with Ro-Tel.
Cut potatoes into chunks; pour Ro-Tel dip over them.
