Pork Chop Schnitzel(John'S Favorite) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 chops, fat removed
    flour for breading
    1 lemon, peeled and sliced thin
    2 Tbsp. beef bouillon
    water
    1 medium onion
    mushrooms
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bread chops in flour; brown.
    Place one layer in baking dish. Put a slice of lemon on each chop.
    Add a slice or 2 of onion.
    Do the same with the next layer.
    Cover with mushrooms and just enough water to cover, along with the mushroom juice.
    Add beef bouillon, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
