Crispix Mix - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. white Karo
    2 sticks margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 box Crispix
Preparation
    Cook sugar, Karo, margarine, vanilla and salt to the soft ball stage.
    Pour over 1 box Crispix, pretzels and nuts or whatever you like.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Stir occasionally.
    Spread on a cookie sheet to cool.
    Break apart and store in plastic bags.
