Edna Smythe'S Cajun Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. roll regular pan sausage
1 lb. roll hot pan sausage
1 c. uncooked rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 1/2 spears chopped celery
Preparation

Crumble and cook pan sausage; drain.
Add onion, bell pepper and celery and let simmer.
Add cooked rice and mix well.
Add both soups and mix all ingredients.
Salt to taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
