Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 egg, beaten
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. canned pumpkin
Preparation

Mix the beaten egg with the brown sugar which has been blended with the flour, spices and salt.
Add pumpkin and milk.
Beat smooth.
Place in pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then at 325\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
