Sour Cream Apple Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. soda
2 c. finely chopped apples*
2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. chopped walnuts

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar and butter at low speed until crumbly.
Stir in nuts.
Press 2 3/4 cups of crumb mixture into ungreased 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
