Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large potatoes
    sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. milk
    salt
    pepper
    1/2 can mushroom soup
Preparation
    Peel and slice potatoes; cook. To make white sauce, brown butter and flour; add milk, salt and pepper, then stir in mushroom soup. Layer potatoes and cheese. Put sauce on top. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake 1/2 hour at 350\u00b0.
