Banana Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter flavor Crisco
4 eggs
2 large mashed bananas
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Mix ingredients in order given.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes in 9 x 13-inch pan or 40 to 45 minutes for 2 (9-inch) rounds.
Top with Cream Cheese Frosting.
