Sour Cream Noodle Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. egg noodles, cooked
    8 oz. cottage cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet, stirring until crumbly; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
    Simmer for 5 minutes. Combine noodles, cottage cheese, sour cream and onion in bowl; mix well.
    Layer noodle mixture and ground beef mixture 1/2 at a time in nonstick 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 to 30 minutes, or until bubbly.
