Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated cheese
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    1/2 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Defrost potatoes.
    Combine all ingredients with potatoes. Pour into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 30 minutes to 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
