Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. peeled, seeded, cooked zucchini, well drained and cooled
1 c. sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp. flour
1 (12 oz.) can Carnation evaporated milk
1 1/2 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation

Put ingredients in blender for brief time.
Pour into unbaked pie shell.
Sprinkle with nutmeg or cinnamon.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 10 minutes, then bake at 300\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until it looks like a custard pie.
Makes one pie.
