Snickerdoodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. solid shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. flour
    2 tsp. cream of tartar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix butter, shortening, 1 1/2 cups sugar, eggs and flour.
    Roll into balls.
    Mix together the 2 tablespoons each of sugar and cinnamon.
    Dip the cookies into the sugar mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
