Cream Cheese Pinch Cookies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    1/2 lb. cream cheese
    1/2 lb. butter or margarine
    filling (Lekvar or jam; any Solo cans)
Preparation
    Mix the first 3 ingredients.
    Roll dough; make into squares. Fill with filling.
    Pinch dough over the filling so they stay together.
    Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 7 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
    Cool; sprinkle with powdered sugar.
