Light Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/3 c. Hershey's cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
6 Tbsp. extra light corn oil spread
1 c. sugar
1 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray two 8-inch round baking pans with cooking spray.
Stir flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.
In saucepan, melt corn oil spread and stir in sugar.
Remove from heat.
Add milk, vinegar and vanilla to mixture in saucepan; stir. Add dry ingredients; whisk until well blended.
Pour evenly into pans.
Bake 20 minutes.
Cool.
Frost.
Refrigerate.
Yields 12 servings.
