Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 bottle hickory liquid (smoke, 4 oz.)
1 bottle Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce (5 oz.)
1 bottle ketchup (14 oz.)
1 large brisket
garlic powder
celery salt
onion flakes
brown sugar
Preparation
-
Sprinkle garlic powder, celery salt and onion flakes generously on brisket and place in pan.
Pour hickory smoke and Worcestershire sauce over brisket and marinate overnight.
